Metal Face Seal Fittings (Parker UHP fittings)

 

Interchange with Swagelok's VCR, Parker's VacuSeal, and Fujikin's UJR series connectors, they are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, solar energy, nuclear energy, LED, TFT-LCD, petrochemical industry, and biomedical manufacturing due to their ultra-clean, high-precision, vacuum-high-pressure, leak-free, and ultra-long life. In particular, it plays a crucial role in the transportation of ultra-clean gases (specialty gases). Depending on the process requirements, customers can choose between BA grade and EP grade. According to the Application for material cleanliness level, we provide 3 materials to choose from: 316L, 316L VAR (single V), 316L VIM + VAR (double V).

 

    VacuSeal™ Metal Gasket Face Seal Fittings provide extremely high leak integrity, making them suitable for use in critical applications where ultra-high purity conditions are required, such as semiconductor tool hook-ups, valve manifold boxes (VMBs), and gas distribution systems. The fittings feature a mating gasket and toroid design, creating a metal-to-metal seal and affording leak-free service from vacuum up to 9000 psi.

Strict production process requirements:
Raw material testing - joint processing - mechanical polishing - repeated cleaning - electrolytic polishing - passivation - rinsing + drying
The final cleaning and packaging are all completed in the clean room, and the clean packaging is delivered to the customer.
